The Mascareigne  villas are a new concept, a new way of life gathering prestigious villas in a fully secured environment emphasizing on green spaces and gardens. The warm architecture completes the villa's harmony and contributes to the attraction of different areas of life. Finally, the chosen site in Grand Bay; the most popular of the island, is easily accessible whilst situated 1.7km (approx.) from the sea.

Accommodation

The ‘Mascareigne Villas' is a new concept; compiling prestigious and privately-owned villas in an enclosed and secure complex with emphasis on green space and tropical gardens.

The tropical architecture contributes an air of harmony to the villas offering seclusion and rest. The complex is situated in Grand Bay - the tourist mecca of Mauritius; very cosmopolitan and well situated.

Master Bedroom

Double bed, walk-in wardrobe, digital safe. Spacious en-suite bathroom finished in marble and wood. Separate toilet. Door leads out to private garden. Room furnished with air-conditioning and double doors lead out to private pool and garden area.

Double- or twin beds with double windows overlooking pool area. Air-conditioning. Separate Bathroom: Bathroom consists of shower and toilet.

Getting There

Driving in Mauritius can be challenging at any time, but more so, the first time around!! Therefore, it is wise to book an airport transfer, especially after a long and tiring flight.Transfers to/from the airport can be arranged by your ground handler or through our office.

Approximately 1h45- minutes drive to the airport, however, this depends on traffic and peak-hour. It is wise to leave at least 4 hours before the scheduled time of departure.

Car Hire

Mascareignes Location offers you the opportunity to reserve your rental car or a fun Scooter in advance, delivered free of charge to your doorstep.

Rental Terms and Conditions:

Please note that the following rental terms and conditions are basic and for information purposes only. When you collect your rental vehicle/scooter you will be asked to sign the rental agreement with the rental car/scooter company which will outline in detail all the conditions.

Driver Requirement:

The minimum age of the driver for either a vehicle or scooter is18 years old.

Licence Requirements: The driver must produce a valid and unendorsed driving licence, as well as a valid passport. Both the passport and driver’s licence should be valid for a further period of 12 months after the commencement of the rental agreement.

Payment: Full payment should be made when collecting the vehicle or scooter

Additional Charges: At the time of signing the rental contract, client is to make a deposit of Rs15 000.00 for a car and Rs 6000.00 for a scooter. This deposit is to be processed by means of a valid credit card and will be a guarantee in case of any accident or damage and will be refunded when the car or scooter is returned, provided there is no need to deduct for damages.
